Notifications keep you posted when something happens around your work — without any noise you didn't ask for.
What you'll be notified about
- 💬 Someone comments on your post.
- ⚖️ Someone responds to your debate.
- 💡 A circle member suggests publishing your work.
- 👥 Someone joins your circle.
- 📝 A new post appears in one of your circles.
- 🔗 A new connection is drawn on one of your verses.
Where to find them

The 🔔 bell in the sidebar shows an unread count. On mobile, a dot appears on the Library icon.

Open Notifications to see everything grouped by Today, This Week, and Older. Opening the page marks them as read.
Push notifications
House-tops can also send push notifications to your device so you're alerted even when the app is closed.

Your browser or device will ask permission to send notifications the first time.

Allow it to receive pushes; you can revoke the permission in your browser or system settings at any time.
📱 Push works best when House-tops is installed as an app (PWA) from your
browser's "Add to Home Screen" / "Install" option.
